By using this website or requesting services from Instant Towing & Recovery, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services Provided

Instant Towing & Recovery provides consensual towing and roadside assistance services. Services may include, but are not limited to, towing, winch-outs, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries.

Service availability, response times, pricing, and equipment used may vary based on vehicle type, location, conditions, weather, traffic, and safety considerations. Requesting service does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

Authorization to Request Service

By requesting service, the customer confirms they are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the vehicle owner to request service. Instant Towing & Recovery is not responsible for disputes regarding vehicle ownership or authorization.

Pricing & Payment

All price quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary due to vehicle condition, accessibility, additional labor, equipment required, or information not disclosed prior to arrival.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

Credit Card Processing Fees

A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions over $250 and will be disclosed prior to payment.

Prepayment Requirements

Instant Towing & Recovery may require full payment in advance for any service, including towing, winch-outs, and roadside assistance, at its discretion. Prepayment decisions may be based on factors such as distance, time of day, service availability, prior service history, customer behavior, or the likelihood of cancellation.

When prepayment is required, such services are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred. Any prepayment requirement will be disclosed to the customer prior to dispatch.

After-Hours Payment Requirement

For all service requests made between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM, full payment is required in advance. Once dispatch has occurred, prepaid after-hours services are non-refundable. This requirement is disclosed verbally at the time the service request is made.

If a customer cancels after dispatch or is not present upon arrival during after-hours service, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

Gone on Arrival (GOA) / Cancellations

A “gone on arrival” (GOA) occurs when service is requested and the customer cancels after dispatch or is not present upon arrival.

If a customer has a prior GOA documented in our system, full payment for the current service request will be required in advance. Once dispatched, such prepaid services are non-refundable. This requirement will be disclosed to the customer at the time the service request is made.

In addition, Instant Towing & Recovery may, at its discretion, require payment for a prior GOA incident before accepting or dispatching future service requests. In such cases, the amount and breakdown of charges will be clearly explained to the customer, and payment will only be processed after the customer agrees and authorizes the charge.

Credit Card Payments & Chargebacks

Credit card payments are authorized for services requested and performed. Any payment dispute or chargeback for completed services may be contested using service records, dispatch information, timestamps, GPS data, and customer-initiated communications.

Instant Towing & Recovery reserves the right to seek payment or legal remedies for unpaid services as permitted by law.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

Instant Towing & Recovery is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, improperly modified vehicles, low-clearance vehicles, rusted or weakened components, or personal or unsecured items left inside the vehicle.

Vehicles may have hidden defects or damage not visible prior to service.

Safety & Refusal of Service

For safety or legal reasons, Instant Towing & Recovery reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or beyond equipment capabilities.

This website is provided for informational purposes only. While reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, no guarantee is made regarding completeness or availability.

Limitation of Liability
